Does TRT cause infertility?

It commonly causes oligospermia or azoospermia while you stay on it, by suppressing FSH. That is a fertility problem if you are trying to conceive, even if erections improve.

It is not the same as guaranteed permanent sterility, but recovery after stopping is variable. If pregnancy is on the 12-month calendar, choose a fertility-aware protocol first.

Can I father a child on TRT?

Some men still have sperm; many do not. Do not rely on chance. Get a semen analysis and a fertility plan.
